Overview
A modern-classic residential apartment located in East Nile, Beni Suef.
The design embraces a balanced blend of simplicity and sophistication, combining warm tones, clean geometry, and subtle decorative panels to create a refined living atmosphere.
Every surface, line, and lighting detail was carefully aligned to reflect harmony, comfort, and precision.
Design Concept
The concept focuses on integrating contemporary functionality with classic-inspired textures.
Wooden wall claddings, ambient lighting, and sculpted gypsum elements form a consistent rhythm across the space — merging modern practicality with elegant visual appeal.
The neutral palette enhances spaciousness, while indirect lighting adds depth and softness.
Challenge & Goal
The challenge was to transform a limited residential area into a visually expansive and cohesive interior.
The main goal was to achieve a design that feels both structured and inviting — maintaining modern clarity without losing the warmth of classic character.
The final result is a timeless setting that captures Mohamed Samy’s vision of harmony between light, texture, and proportion.
